Why I want to go on a trip in September, summed up in 1 minute.

First day after finals. Nothing to do, nowhere to go, so I’ll just stay in.

In 2010 I developed a passion for cooking and baking. If I wasn’t going to college I would have something in the oven all the time. I picture myself being one of those cooking moms. If the whole first female United Nations Secretary-General plan doesn’t work out, that is.

Premium drink. I have had some good times rolling into the new semester. That usually means I should get back to the books. Must remember, I am going nowhere unless I am going somewhere.

“The Bohemian Method” is an alternative that is popular primarily due to the use of fire. Like the French method, a sugar cube is placed on a slotted spoon over a glass containing one shot of absinthe. The difference is that the sugar is pre-soaked in alcohol, usually more absinthe, and then set ablaze. The flaming sugar cube is then dropped into the glass igniting the absinthe. Finally, a shot glass full of water is added to douse the flames. This method tends to produce a stronger drink than the French method.

Brunch bagel: cream cheese + red beet + cress + avocado + poppy seeds (or sesame seeds).

Pretty breakfast: Nutella + roasted almonds + banana.
College is starting soon, the days are getting more busy, I don’t have much time to make complicated breakfast anymore, but got to stay creative :)

Made some Blackberry marshmallows this morning: for the recipe click here. Birds ate all our raspberries so I used the blackberries instead.
